How do I track the status of my Direct Deposit?

You can track your deposit by clicking on “TRACK IT” in the Online Account Center or mobile app.

You can also receive a notification as soon as your direct deposit is received by signing up for Anytime Alerts. (Standard text message and data rates, fees, and charges may apply). In case of a delay with your direct deposit, we suggest contacting your employer/payment originator of the deposit directly.

Please note: There may be a fee assessed for calls to determine your balance. Refer to the Cardholder Agreement for more information.
