How do I close my Netspend ?
You can close your account by requesting your unused account balance be sent to you via check (mailed within 20 business days to the address we have on file). There is a fee for sending you a check (see your Account Agreement for more information). Select "Account," "Help & Support," and "Close Account." We may not issue a refund check for any unused balance amount less than $1.00.
