Frequently Asked Questions

The Send Money feature is a way for you to send money to people with a Netspend . The Send Money feature is available in the Online Account Center and mobile app once you've activated your account and verified your identity. 

Click here to Send Money:

• You will need the FlashPay ID and name of the Cardholder that you want to add.
  • The FlashPay ID can be found near the top of the Account page or on the Receive Money tab of the Send Money feature.
  •  The FlashPay ID is a unique number to identify a recipient for sending money.
• You can select an existing contact or add a new contact.
  • You can delete contacts by navigating to the Account page, clicking Edit Profile, and selecting the My Contacts tab.

Please note: The Send Money feature may not be available on all programs. Refer to the Cardholder Agreement on your Netspend program for available money transfer options.
