Frequently Asked Questions

What is a New Offer, an Active Offer, and a Redeemed Offer?

  • A New Offer is an offer that's brand new to you. To activate it, just click the "Activate" button.
  • An Active Offer is an offer that you've activated by pressing “Activate”. Once activated, you can earn your reward by shopping according to the terms of the offer. You will not earn a reward until you perform the action listed in the offer.
  • A Redeemed Offer is an offer that you've used by making a qualifying purchase and complying with the terms specified by the merchant. The Account credit associated with the offer will appear on your Account statement at the end of the calendar month following the calendar month during which you made the qualifying purchase. (For example: If you made the qualifying purchase in June, your Account credit will appear on your Account statement at the end of July.) Once they have been deposited to your Account as described below, each pending Account credit will be identified so you will be able to verify each transaction.
