Why is my Direct Deposit delayed?

We post all direct deposits to your Card Account as soon as we receive them. Please check your Direct Deposit Tracker in the Online Account Center or mobile app.

If your deposit is pending, please contact Customer Service via our secure inbox feature in order to resolve the issue and prevent funds being returned to the payment originator.

If your deposit has not been posted, it has not been received from the payment originator. Please contact your employer/payment originator of the deposit directly in case of a delay.
