If you’re worried that your Netspend Card account may have been compromised, it’s important that you speak with us immediately. The sooner we know what has happened, the sooner we can begin helping you.

I’ve Received a Suspicious Email

If you think you’ve received a fraudulent email, please forward it to so we can investigate it for you. You’ll receive an automated response to let you know we received the e-mail.

If you have received a suspicious email, do not click on any of the links. Instead, simply forward the entire email to Please make sure you forward the email, rather than cutting and pasting it, so that valuable tracking information about the email’s source will not be lost. After forwarding the suspicious email to, delete the email.
