Joe Silva serves as Netspend’s Vice President of Creative and User Experience, and is responsible for all go-to-market external (consumer and B2B) facing aspects of Netspend’s brand. From corporate and product brand strategy, to UX design and testing, Joe leads a multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to providing world-class creative that is informed by user testing and customer insights. Joe’s ability to translate business goals into creative strategy are derived from his broad design experience of all mediums, and for a diversity of business types. Prior to Netspend, Joe lead National Instruments’ global in-house creative for 11 years, serving 40+ branch offices worldwide. Joe was educated in Europe, the birthplace of modern graphic design.
